Andrea is available for private hypnotherapy sessions by phone or in her Santa Ana, CA office. Her holistic healing practice includes: hypnotherapy, EFT/meridian tapping, guided imagery, NLP techniques and meditation. By combining these tools Andrea has developed a process to assist clients in identifying unconscious blocks and releasing them.

Join Andrea for a brief, but moving lesson on the sheros of women's suffrage and their journey as the first peaceful movement in America. Before Martin Luther King and even Ghandi, over 72 years and three generations, America's women persistently and intelligently demonstrated that rights can be gained without shots being fired or lives being lost.
10 TIPS FOR BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS - MOVING BEYOND THE GLASS CEILING
In Forbes "Most Powerful Lists" for 2010, the Most Powerful People on Earth list was comprised of 68 individuals. Of those "powerful" designee's only five were women: three foreign heads of state, along with Hillary Clinton and Oprah Winfrey. A second list of Forbes Power Women was also compiled. This list was topped by Michelle Obama. The contrast between the two lists is interesting. If there are 100 powerful women in the world worth mentioning, why did only five make the Most Powerful People on Earth list? The woman at the top of the women's list was nowhere to be found on the men's list? In 2011, American women are more than half of the population and 49% of the work force, but occupy only 17% of the available seats in our congress and hold only 3% of the C-level positions in our Fortune 500 corporations. In 2009, President and CEO of PepsiCo, Indra Nooyi, is quoted as saying, "The proverbial glass ceiling will not be cracked until women begin helping women." What messages are our daughter's sending us? What solutions, tools and techniques do we have to assist them in recognizing their value and building strong internal cores?
