The average American sees 3000 ads per day.  Although advertising is all around us, many of us believe that we are immune from its effects.  This mistaken belief is one of the reasons it is so effective.  Researchers have found that ongoing exposure to certain ideas can shape and distort our perceptions of reality.  In this workshop we will:

  1. Explore the messages that we absorb everyday;

  3. Learn techniques to automatically shift those messages.

  2. Release those false beliefs; and
  3. Replace them with positive beliefs that support and sustain us in new possibilities.
